All Services are by appointment only.  

The studio does not offer any walk-in services, this includes shopping for jewelry!

• Appointments can be booked through our online site - BOOK HERE
• Body jewelry is meant for long-term wear and is not easily sized, inserted, or removed on your own. 
• We have a large variety of sizes and styles of jewelry that are custom-fit based on anatomy. 
• The online booking site will accurately show you the calendar with any/all availability.
• Don’t see a time that fits your schedule? 

              It is worthwhile to check back online as there are times when another client 

       reschedules themselves online which can open up a more desirable date/time for you!

• The studio does NOT book appointments over the phone or in-studio.

If a scheduled service is not suited for a client, due to inappropriate anatomy, deposits will be refunded.

If you need to reschedule your appointment you can do so with the link provided by Square when booking with at least 24 hour's notice, and your deposit is transferred to your new appointment. 

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment  you will be  considered a "no-show," your appointment time will be forfeited, as well as your initial deposit. You will be required to pay a full deposit to schedule a future appointment. 

Legally we are not able to pierce with any jewelry from outside the studio. 

Studios are required to have an OSHA-certified mil certificate to prove the metal content of any jewelry used in an initial piercing service at the studio.

We have a selection of jewelry to choose from for initial piercings in Implant Grade Titanium ASTM F136, as well as 14K & 18K Gold , which are all  nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and bio-compatible. 

All piercing service fees are clearly listed on the booking site.

• Piercing Service fees include a complimentary aftercare kit. 
• Jewelry is NOT included in the Piercing Fee and will determine your final fee.
• The studio offers jewelry options to fit nearly every style and budget, ranging from Implant-Grade Titanium ASTMF136 as well as 14K & 18k Yellow, Rose, and White Gold.
• Jewelry options for most piercings can vary in price starting at $20 for the least expensive option.
• If you're unsure about the total cost of your piercing, email with any questions before booking an appointment.
• DEPOSITS ARE CREDITED AT TIME OF CHECK OUT

General Information for your Visit: 

• One guest is allowed per appointment, please!
•  If you have an appointment for two people, no other guests are allowed. 
•  The studio space is small and your appointment time is valuable. Thank you for understanding!
• If you wear glasses or headphones regularly, it is a great idea to bring them to the appointment! If you are farsighted, bring your readers. Our jewelry is quite small and finely detailed. 
• We accept cash, credit, and contactless payments.
• There is street-parking and public pay lots along Franklin Street. 
• There is a large public pay lot behind the Graduate Hotel off Kenan Street (to the left of the studio).
• There is also a public pay lot just beyond 411 West Franklin Street (less than a block away) 
• PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ANY PRIVATE BUSINESS LOTS, AS TOWING IS STRICKLY ENFORCED! 
• Chapel Hill offers Free Parking on Sundays, and Holidays

Yes, you may bring one support person to your appointment

For minors, the consenting adult will be considered the one support person allowed during the appointment time. 

The studio is NOT an environment suitable for unsupervised children please arrange childcare for your piercing visit.

Over 18 Years Old: 

Any client over the age of 18 MUST bring and present a physical copy of a valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or military ID.

Under 18 Years Old:

Any client under the age of 18 MUST bring a copy of their birth certificate as well as have a legal guardian/parent present.

The legal guardian/parent's ID  must have matching names on the minor's birth certificate to verify legitimate relationships. 

Legal guardians MUST present Court Documentation proving custodianship of the minor.

If the minor has any form of photo ID, it is not required but appreciated along with their birth certificate. 

You must be 18 years old to be pierced unless accompanied by a parent, or documented legal guardian, to sign the required consent form. 

We require a valid physical government-issued ID for anyone getting a piercing. 

If you are under 18 both the parent, or court documented legal guardian, must present a physical copy of their valid government-issued ID. 

For Clients 7-18 Years of Age, with a consenting natural-born parent / court documented legal guardian present at time of service is able to receive an earlobe piercing service at this studio.

This is the youngest age our studio will pierce and the only service provided to minors between the age of 7 -15.

For Clients 15-18 years of age, with a consenting natural-born parent or, documented legal guardian, are eligible for all other services excluding surface, micro dermal, nipple, and vulva or penile genital piercings.

The studio requires a current, state or government-issued ID for anyone getting a new piercing.

Acceptable Forms of ID:

( phone images/ photos are NOT acceptable)

• Driver’s License or Permit

• State-issued Photo ID

• Foreign Government-Issued Photo ID

• US Passport

• Foreign Passport

• Tribal Cards

• Minors who are being pierced need to have:
•  an original birth certificate or an official photo ID 

                       example: passport/ state issued safe kids card

               The natural born parent , or court documented legal guardian, 

               must be present with valid government issued photo identification

*If court documented legal guardian additional Court Documentation is required to establish custodianship of minor.

• Last names and addresses MUST match on the IDs;
•  If surnames and/or address do not match

               (or the minor does not have a photo ID), 

              a copy of the minor’s official birth certificate with the present parent’s name 

  or court-appointed custody documents proving guardianship over the minor are required.

• Please note that unofficial "wallet birth certificates" , or school identification cards, that do not have the child's full name, birth date, and parent's full names cannot be accepted.

        We cannot accept photo copies of identification documents, printed or digital.

• The studio can NOT accept: 

             School IDs

            Social Security Cards

            Insurance Cards.

Physical copies of REQUIRED IDs must be presented at the time of service.

 Failure to produce the VALID FORM OF ID will result in the termination of your appointment, and credited deposit will be forfeited. 

There are NO EXCPETIONS.

Our priority is YOUR safety! 

• All jewelry is autoclave sterilized prior to insertion in a new or existing piercing. 
• Needles are for one-time use only and are disposed of in a medical sharps container.
• All tools are cleaned by using a multiple-step decontamination process ending in autoclave sterilization.

Our piercer has completed training in OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens, Infection Control, and Red Cross First Aid/CPR.
